Kuldip has held a number of senior management positions in industry and the services / retail sector and latterly as a Director of a well known national brand of hair and beauty products based in London. However Kuldip has really always wanted his own business and understands clearly the advantages of a franchise structure where the experience of the franchisor more than compensates for the initial fees. Initially Kuldip was thinking of having a franchise with another company that provided business consultancy to industry but upon reflection he felt that the attractions of White 7 were more appropriate for him. As Kuldip remarked, ‘White 7 is very appealing to me because of my passion of offering great service and most importantly I love driving. In addition I also love the BMW brand.’ Which of course is advantageous in consideration of the vehicle we have selected, the prestigious BMW 7 series.

Stephen Jones

Lincoln

Stephen has had an extensive career in retail sales and marketing with major national companies such as John Lewis and leading wholesalers. As Stephen says himself, ‘I wanted to utilise my combined sales and marketing experience to greater effect as well as the opportunity to sell myself and promote interpersonal skills. White 7 provides the opportunity to promote a high quality upmarket brand and sell a variety of life experiences and unique services.’ Stephen’s sentiments are quite typical of many individuals who have probably been employed most of their career but would prefer to have the opportunity of having their own business where they can actually promote themselves and receive the satisfaction of doing so.

Tony Conway

Chester and The Wirral

Tony has enjoyed a long career in the licenced public house industry initially assisting his father at the age of 14, young indeed. Over his impressive 42 year career he has managed numerous ‘pubs’ and support staff with his last position being for 10 years based in the Wirral. With such a lengthy career in hospitality comes vast experience liaising with a ‘cross section’ of customers and as Tony confirms, he has a very people orientated personality who enjoys building relationships with clients. A perfect trait for developing and upholding the professionalism and high quality service standards at White 7.

Trevor Larcombe

Exeter

Trevor is a qualified engineer and for many years worked for the Westfield Group who specialise in the design, development and manufacture of aerospace products. With particular emphasis on Helicopters and other aerospace structures. Trevor commented that he had always been interested in driving having previously done some in his previous employment so the opportunity of applying it as his career in chauffeuring was a logical process. Also as part of the franchise structure meant he would have his own business and be responsible for providing a high quality service to his clients. Both as Managing Director and Chauffeur.

David French

Shrewsbury

David served for 31 years as a police officer and for the last 10 years as Chairman of the Police Federation (Constables) based in Surrey. On leaving the service, he became Chief Executive Officer of the Police Dependents Trust. He was invited by G4S security to assist them in the 2012 Olympic Games partly because of his previous extensive police service. Following this distinguished career, David approached White 7 initially working as office manager with particular emphasis on licencing but later increasingly as a chauffeur. Having gained this valuable experience, David recognised the opportunities within the company and as such became our first franchisee based in Shrewsbury.
